I figured it was time to build a neat setup in my Park Ave's trunk. I've never tried fiberglassing before, so hopefully it turns out OK. There's going to be one Type R on either side, and an amp in the middle, that way everything will be out of the way to see the air ride tank/ get to my water traps.
This is what I've got so far.. 2 layers (only one pictured), and I'm just waiting to pull it out of the car and start adding more. I only started 1 side so far.
Using 1.5 oz chop mat and some off brand Polyester Resin (ebay special //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif)
After I've got the plug side done I'm going to do the old standby, woofer ring held up by dowels, stretch fleece, then glass that.
I'll put more pics as they come of course.
