My ex boss gets owned @ SEMA!!!!!

So I used to work at the Mustang shop in San Diego. It was called "Hardcore Mustangs" or HCM. The owners name is Ernie Sigala and he thinks he is the next Chip Foose or something. Truth is, he is a HACK!!! I was fired for telling him so. I worked there when I was 17-18 back in 07. Everything he does comes out half finished, including the car he brought to SEMA this year. He has since changed his name to "Hardccore Muscle" and ventured into working on the new Camaros and Challengers. He under bid another builder for a contract with Mattel to build a Hot Wheels car. Well this is what he ended up bringing to Sema.....

The car still had buff marks, compound, misaligned panels, carbon fiber that didnt fit, missing clear corner,and was missing the driver side door handle It was also missing half the interior.

Mattel was so pissed that they didnt let Ernie bring the Camro inside to their booth. They made him keep it in the outside portion of the show in one of the worst spots available for coverage. The owner of the car was a 3rd party and pulled the acar out of the show mid way through it. From what I understand, he is suing HCM. The guy who Ernie under bid ended up winning "Best GM" or something to that sort. I bet Mattel was pissed that they didnt go with the more expensive builder. lol

I think he just sealed his fate for his business.

He used to sponsored by Mac Performance, Whipple superchargers, and Saleen. They were giving him free parts and then found out that he had been selling them for a 100% profit. He then got into a fight at Knotts Berry Farm's Fabulous Fords show last year.

He keeps digging himself deeper and deeper and he deserves every bit of it. He has screwed quite a few people over.
