try running spybot, adaware, and Microsoft Anti-Spyware...these should find most of your problems and they are all free.

i have spyware stormer on my computer, 2 firewalls: router and pc, this computer is like 4 months old and is a emachines t6410 with a 3200+ amd althlon 64 processor

problem w KL's is that you usually cant remove then UNLESS you are logged into the KL. Thats how my KL works. did your McAfee expire and u not continue it? how about ur Norton I.S.? That right there would have kept the "hacker"/KL from getting to you..
