The track the car is on potentially forms the bulge of a "D."

You could possibly continue that track to spell "AD" in the background.

The car is too much of a focal point... Shrink it down and line it up a bit more with the text.

the shading in the car is kinda odd.. one color would look better.. different wheels on the car.. the cutout between the cars front lip shadow and the shadow below that looks goofy.. looks like some is missing..? dunno if that was what you were talking about... the top logo is iffy.. the blacked out looks odd.. because you have the logo right below it without the blacked out... just those few things
