My Car Audio Addiction....

I have to stay in OT...I need to be away from the other sections (especially the FS section)

By reading the general discussion/speakers/subwoofers section I begin to want stuff.....the boners are contagious lol

I spent one year without car audio...and I saved money. I was fine.....but the bass began to call me back.

So far I have spent over $1500 in car audio during the last 6 months, which really *****!

What car audio related merchandise I bought this past week:

- 7" Vifa PLs (my friend originally, but he got something else)

- Alpine Ai-Net Cables

- Aux RCA Cables (for my Zune)

- 12 sq ft of Dynamat Xtreme

- 15" Mach 5 MAW

- Seas 27T Tweeters (close to buying it)

- 15" Ported Enclosure (close to buying it)

I feel the same way. I joined this board in 2003 and I've been a stereo head ever since. Everyones good at something, and people who know me understand I'm the guy to talk to when it comes to audio.

Although I must say this addiction has only benefited me by teaching me the fundamentals of sound waves and speakers, attention to detail, problem solving, and a creative mindset.

I've fell victim to theft and came back to the hobby with 100% dedication. Once you love something, you always love something, I don't care what people say.
