im pretty sure cops can NOT give citations to people who give people rides home, espically when the reason for pulling them over is bogus to begin with.
that shit is rediclious. id rig videocamreas in the car.

I'm not sure what reasoning they have to give the rides tickets, probably something to do with aiding in underage drinking or something.

Another good story. Some people i know were leaving the bar, they had a sober driver. The cops pull them over a few blocks from the bar and make the driver get out of the car. Then they tell the other occupants (who had all been drinking) to get out of the car as well. The cops then issued those people tickets for public intoxication.

Talk about a bunch of shit.

The ticket they would issue to someone that drove home an underage driver would be "contributing to the delenquency(sp?) of a minor" same ticket you get for purchasing cigarettes for someone under 18, or alcohol for someone under 21. but thats bullshit for pulling someone over for being a responsible person and driving someone home, not letting them drive home drunk. Cops=assholes

Sounds like they are trying to make money. Get a DUI, pay lots of fines, traffic school. Or you walk home get stopped, you are underage. or you are of age, you get a ticket. Nevermind peoples' safety, its all about the money. ha.

Anyways, he did not say that is what he would RIGHTFULLY get a ticket for, he was saying that is what it would be under, ether it be right or not.

no im not sue happy.

but when cops step over their terratory and they mistreat somone who does not deserve it, while that person is paying taxes to feed the cops family, i dont take things lightly with poliece who fuck around.

its their job to obey the laws and rules they uphold as well as it is for us. they do not have a golden ticket to do whatever the fuck they want. i pay their checks.

Being 21 here doesn't change anything. There's still tons of things they will arrest you for.

Just got back from the protest. There was actually more people there than i thought there would be. Some counts say as much at 650 people, and thats a pretty significant number seeing as there are 3500 kids in the whole school.
