My box is done

FInally got my peice of wood and finally my box is done. I want to post pics but dont know how to. Also i want to paint it instead of carpet. I want to paint it black. WIll regular paint work? How do i post pics on here?

I'm pretty happy with the box I just finished. I painted it with black truck bed liner over primer. The bedliner gives a nice texture, is tough, and dries very quickly between coats. You can also get good results with an automotive paint over primer. Spend a bit more on the good stuff. Cheap paint can ruin a project.

For any kind of paint, make sure that you fill any holes or gaps in the surface and sand it smooth. Black paint especially will amplify any surface imperfections in the wood.
