my avic-d3 wont turn off

i have a dodge charger and well my d3 wont turn off when i turn the car off. i dont understand. i have this problem a few times and was able to turn it off but i cant now. before i would have to like slam the door or something but it wont work now. i currently have a an isolator hooked into my battery system if that matters. i havent changed any thing to my system so i dont know why this is happening. has anyone had similar issues? thanks
