Jvc Kw -avx810 And Ipod Adapter Ks-pd100 Dont Seem To Work Help

hI FOLKS

first of all what aa great forum. i hope somebody can help. i have a jvc kw avx810 and ipod adapter ks-pd100 proffesionally installed. the problem is when i select ipod it wont recognise any albums in the list view. it seems to play the first song on the first album or whatever i have selected before connection. i have tried both a 1st gen ipod and an ipod video both have the same results.

does anybody have any answers??
