HD3 since thats what I see on their website. All I know is that I need an enclosure smaller than what I have now b/c I literally don't have a trunk anymore. I'm also trying to stick to my Hifonics BX1205d amp btw. THanks for the help again bro.

depends on vehicle + watts personally in my setup 2.7cub for both 10's is putting up decent #'s but ive added mdf to the back wall and started gaining but im at a differ frequency. I called yesterday about the HD3 18", guy said it would be out in 4-6 weeks. spl, do you have any idea what size of box or type of tuning? I was thinking 35 hz. It will be put to my MD2.

We are testing the HD318 for performance and duribility at the present time. When we are satisfied it will live up to our design and performance standards we will put it into production. Well, it's between these and the oval boston accoustics. These do much better on the SPL side, whereas the bostons gain on installation flexibility. Having a 14" deep trunk sucks!

Audioque FTW and on the 18 I would say 6cubes tuned at 40hz, an Sx was never a comparison to the Hd3 series...

Oh its beyond a boner, lol its like a full on hard on from not having *** in months...its just hard to beat a sub so efficent at this price, its kinda like have a DD 9500 series woofer for half the price if you buy brand new.

^well do you know anyone selling a 12'' hd3 D2 used?

My main reason for switching subs is enclosure size. I cant have this 34 x 12 x 25 inch size box in my car. I didnt realize I'd miss my trunk(plus I'm going turbo so I have to relocate my battery). I was looking for alternatives and I was about to get the SI Mag til I read about this.

The new subs havnt been out, so I dont think you will find any used, plus people that try them dont want to give them up....lol your best bet is to just buy it brand new...
