My Audiopipe amp is not bad at all for the price

Click on the picture of the speaker outputs smart guy, stop posting about shit you never had
Lmfaoooo.Theres 4 inputs so it must be a 2 channel...Oh man!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tomatoface.gif.6507032fedd1868ec0a6a447bb29a18a.gif

This thread does not need to be this long.

Its obvious the OP only cares about power and that's fine. If it makes you happy and sounds good to you then by all means do what you do. What you're not going to do though, is convince those whose concerns about amps extend beyond power output to swoon over your AP.

If you only care about watts buy AP.

If you care about the quality of those watts, the quality of the components making those watts, the quality of the customer service in case those components fail, look elsewhere.

Both sides are beating a dead horse.

lol they have 4 terminals like pretty much every larger mono has idiot. Its a mono. Mono=1. You just proved to everyone you have no idea WTF you are doing.

Asshole obviously the guy who referred to clamping it in stereo meant he just used one bank of two.

I find it comical they you struggle find any little discrepancy to dwell on and ridicule, when you fail to see the point I'm trying to make.

I also find it funny that you talk so much about cheap shit, when you drive a scion. You should be driving a Benz, or a Lexus at least baller

I just want the truth to be out, instead of people saying these amps will fry everything in the car and do not put out rated power.

They will not destroy your car and they do put out rated power. It may not be as clean of power as other amps, but I promise you that 99% of people willl not be disappointed, especialy for the price.

There is a difference between cheap **** and cheap quality. That amp is a mono it does not have a stereo channel. You made a good point, you said it was a 2 channel because it has 4 terminals. That good point proved you are infact clueless. I had a feeling you would say something this stupid, thanks.

It can be ran at 1 ohm x 2 channels. Call it what you want, forgive me if I don't know every car audio term word for word.

I can buy Mercedes Benz with a 4 banger that is way smoother than your car, has more torque longer life yada yada yada.

Does that make your car a piece of shit? Same size engine, same horsepower, etc, but mine is twice the price as yours. Does that make yours a piece of shit?

Just because you can't afford a benz, does that make you a stupid noob with a piece of shit? (It's not that I can't afford a better amp, I just can't justify it in my mind. I'm sure if I hang out on here long enough I will be brainwashed into believing I need something better though)

No it can not. That amp is 2 1500s internally strapped. Thats why it is called a 2ohm amp. It DOES NOT HAVE 2 channels.

You may not know enought to know what a good amp is. Well you don't know enough according to this post

If it cannot be ran at 1 ohm x 2 channels then why are there 4 speaker outputs?

Ease of wiring like most amps have now days. Those for terminals turn into one inside the amp. Its the same thing as having only 2. If you did 1ohm on each terminal it would be .5ohm
You are wrong, you must not know enough to know what a good amp is.

Look at the schematic on this page http://www.audiopipe.com/support/manuals/files/AP_Series_Class_D_manual.pdf

It shows the AP30001d can be wired at 1 ohm per channel. This amp is not 1 ohm much less 1/2 ohm stable therefore, you are wrong again, it is a two channel amp, 1 ohm stable per channel, 2 ohms stable bridged, like I said.

Listen dip ****. I tried to be nice. 3000.1 means mono. Its called a MONO. Mono=1. 1 means 1 channel

All that manual showed was it needs a 200 amp fuse, meaning its going to have a hard time making over 2000 watts

You said a 1 ohm load on each "channel" would equal a 1/2 ohm load internally. You were wrong. You do not know what you are talking about. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

If you connect 2 subs to this amp the manual clearly shows they must be no lower than 2 ohms each. This is because the positive and negative terminals on the amp are bridged internally, so the dual 2 ohm load becomes bridged to 1 ohm. This is exactly what you've been told already.
