2000 mustang

I'm looking to stay under 450

I'm thinking:

deck- unknown

speakers for up front - unknown *she has stang that has the big tweeter pods up top

amp - unknown

sub - kicker 8L5 ported 300 rms

box - ebay (ported)

amp kit - walmart

I'm looking to run speakers off the desk, and use the amp JUST for the sub

by desk do you mean the head unit? as far as amp, and speakers and all that im not sure. i have 2 infinity 1230's fixing to be 3, or 2 hifonics atlas 12s, a profile ap1200 amp, and im taking the back 6x8s out and putting in eclipse 6x9's in the back side panels. front speakers im not sure about yet, and head unit ill probly go with jvc or pioneer. my amp was $120 shipped, and my subs were $6 each + $20 shipping each. so i cant complain for now.

its in a 98 mustang. one of the subs is blown and im waiting on another one so right now only my amp is in there. ive got em in a truck box for now untill i start redoing the trunk. im gonna lay a plywood floor down in the trunk and then build a box for the subs. ill probly end up only doing 2 12s and use the space for the last sub to put my amp.

I have a 2000 mustang with the mach460. I ripped it out already. I am going with two SI mag 12's, and most likely CDT components. All powered by cadence amps. The subs are going to be a pain to get in. But they only need a 1.5-2.0 cubic feet a piece sealed. I just thought I would share. It isn't anywhere close to the price range you are looking for.
