Mustang Enclosure v.4

how do you put pressure on the angled pieces for the glue to dry tight??
Just like IDSKOT said, screws. They are very tough to do, because the angle has to be right on them or you can easily break out of the other panels. I use some smaller headed trim screws for these sharp angles as well. They countersink a little easier.

looks sexy is the owner goin to meter it?

Not sure on this. If he does, and I hear back, Ill post it up.

Those might be circle jigs, i know i have a few for common subs so i dont even have to mess with anything, just clamp it down and go to town with my router
Nope, they are not templates. With a jasper jig I can cut circles much faster than clamping down a template.

Very nice work. I would love to have the tools and sit in the shop with you to learn a little. lol. But I like it at first I thought it was for 2 or 3 subs. Then I saw this last picture and was very impressed with the design and class it has.

very nice indeed. Gonna be one happy customer for sure. I was a little worried about how the mustang was going to show up etched due to the small curves and details but it looks good.
