I will be building a box for my friends pretty soon. He bought an MTX T5510-04. The amp pushing it will be a Hifonics TXi 6008 (600w RMS @ 4 ohm bridged). MTX recomends 1.45 Cu ft @ 38hz. Although I was looking for insight. I need the most efficent box I can build. I was thinking T-line but I dont know how difficult they are to construct. If a T line wont work what are other options? Aero Ports?

Volume looks spot on for a 10" of that power and size, I might suggest tuning a little lower though. Depends I guess, what will you be listening while it's in use? BTW, a T-line box will be HUGE, unless you stuff it like hell with polyfill to add resistance, but that would lower air speed and you'll lose some of the SPL which a T-line box is known for, just go with a regular ported, T-line boxes are to finicky.
