Yeah, its not even for music. If you think about it, music dies off below 30Hz. This is for the elite HT ***** who want the ultimate. As I understand it, theatrical companies who need/seek subsonic output are looking at these...

What's keeping it from playing flat up to and beyond 30hz? Why wouldn't you use this for music?

but does it play down to 1 hertz also? And I dont know about all music staying above 30 hertz either.

According to reviews it's only good up to 25hz, I think I posted that earlier. It was tom nuissane that measured it, IIRC.

I would love to see measurements and the test set up. On the other link, all I see is that people are debating whether or not there is content below 20hz or not in music/movies.
