with that small amount of power you should be just fine with 1/0 to the rear and a good battery under the hood. whatever you can fit.
theres no reason you should have to worry about upgrading your alt
personally ive never done the "big 3" even with 4-5x the power you say you will be running
it wouldnt hurt but in your case you probably wont see any real difference
