actaully the box i have is pretty big ...i had a smaller one and this one performs alot better....the box is around the same size as the kicker pre fab for the l7/cvr

and i had two twelvs and i dont want to go back ...i had 2 sets 1st set got stolen...ratted to about 500rms..got loud and deep but nothing like the 15s i have now

scrape it all and start over.

yea i was looking at the audioque hdc3 15's but i dont know how they sound i like the sound im getting from the kickers

i also like the idea if being able to recone the sub instead of replacing

ur box is junk look at the ports or laque there off. where ever you got it dosent know how to build or design speaker enclosures. the didnt even follow the simple 1:8 ratio. that is where the length dosent exceed the width by 8x.

that amp is 4k PEAK. i sell quantum for entry level decent amp though. you will need bigger power wire and a rear battery to run it properly @1ohm...

i want to change it to a better setup

as i stated a box any taller or wider(not longer) just will not fit ...i can go a little longer as you can see in the pics..

so confused maybe 1 solox 12 in about the same size box my current

ok dude u need to step it up an get some decent subs. that solo x IMO can get loud but cant sound good doin it. u could spend ur money better else where. whats ur budget?

thinking audioque but the most power rms rating is 1000

the fi btl look nice

also does the dd9500(but i cant find pricing)

What amp are u running?? If its the one in your sig, you'll need to get something with more power if u wanna run these high power subs. Also DD 9500s are very expensive.

It says you have a stock electrical system so obviously u can't run to much power, unless u upgrade it.
