Yeah my old CV Stroker setup was painful at 55hz (where the #'s were)... but the 45hz and under got all the comments at shows... everybody loves to see flex and feel the lowz but a resonant freq doesn't seem to do much visible flexin' and just give a **** headache... LOL!Ya I get that too and it is weird, My old setup was one team 18 on 7k and did 148 sealed and in some ways the bass was more hurtfull than now with two teams on 15k doing 152.6. I did raise tuning from 30 to 36 though and I am assuming that is a lot of it as its not hitting as low but is a little more musical for a daily driver.

Ya too bad your not near me, I have a meter. heck I only metered once the day I put it together. I never even work with it and now the subs are a little looser i might get a little more out of it ? I will try again once it warms up.Yeah my old CV Stroker setup was painful at 55hz (where the #'s were)... but the 45hz and under got all the comments at shows... everybody loves to see flex and feel the lowz but a resonant freq doesn't seem to do much visible flexin' and just give a **** headache... did you meter back then with the old audiocontrol meters or are you recent with a termlab?Yeah my old CV Stroker setup was painful at 55hz (where the #'s were)... but the 45hz and under got all the comments at shows... everybody loves to see flex and feel the lowz but a resonant freq doesn't seem to do much visible flexin' and just give a **** headache... oh man. Sorry to break it to you but you are in for a rude awakening. The old school meters, if you were a 150, you'll be around a 140-145 by today's meter standards. What is available nowadays other than a RTA? I've seen videos of people using their phones with a sensor/cable... what is that? How much are they?
"sorrya$$ coaxiles" isn't bashing?? Maybe that is all he could afford at the time. If you listen to his vids it doesn't sound like his mids and highs are having any problem keeping up with the subs. Some people learn at a young age that if you don't have anything nice to say.....Just one question: How the hell can you hear anything, mids/tweets, when your running 2 amps to subs and no amp for the sorryass coaxiles?
Ohhhh I just realized your from SMD forum D'oh!! (Don't think I'll be going back to that place again)
