If someone was fined it was the state that did it not someone in a chair who sued them. And you can bet that they were warned, probably several times, before they were fined.

Interesting that so many of you had rude ignorant statements to make toward him, and people in chairs in general, when you know absolutly nothing about the motovation behind the legal action. I have 2 friends that have been handicapped since birth (spina bifida), so dont come out your *** with that bullshit. None of them have pulled shit like this, because they arent pieces of shit. why else would he be suing them? So they can fix their bathrooms for other handicapped peoples' sake? If he were being a good samaritan, he would report it to the state and have the gov't tell them to fix it.

I seriously doubt the guy is trying to get paid out of the deal, i bet he is trying to get businesses to comply with a law that went into affect 16 years ago. I say good for him. The businesses should have been in compliance, if they arent by now, this is probably the only thing that will make them comply.

And if he is trying to get paid, i say good for him. If i could think of something to sue any of you over and come up, i would do it in a hurry. I would sue your mom, dad, grandma, sister, pet, retarded aunt or anyone else i thought would pay me. Fukk you i wanna get paid; especially if its easy.
