mom is getting sued by a handicap

some fag in a wheelchair has decided to take a whole block of business owners to court. basically my mom owns her own shop where she alters clothes (no education, blue collar worker) and it is surrounded by about 8 or 9 other shops. well basically, some guy is pressing charges against all the business owners for not "accomodating" him enough. things like "the soap dispenser sits too high for a wheelchair person to get soap from"; "the lavatory sink faucet handles fail to be accessible, as the handles require tight grasping and/or twisting of the wrist to operate".. there is a BUNCH of allegations.. and each store has its own allegations directed towards them. it seems this guy is taking advantage of some law we didn't know about. i guess theres a law requiring you accomodate your disabled customers by having meeting certain guidelines when building a building structure??? what pisses me off is this guy claims all these stores didn't accomodate him but honestly, who the fvck goes to every single store in the mall?? it seems as if this guy went into each store looking for something that wouldnt accomodate him and wrote them all down.. hes taking advantage of being handicap and htis law, and is trying to sue as many people as he can to get some money for his pathetic life.. anyone here have any advice??

This is what you do.

Get an outfit to resemble that of an electrician. Get plenty of tools, a nice tool belt will work well, and a small toolbox. Roll up to his house. Tell him the state has sent you, you must relocate every single electrical outlet, light switch, kitchen counter top, etc. 2 feet lower then their current location. Tell him the state has sanctioned you to do this over a one week span, and you will be staying in his house for a week.

Then, every night, crawl into bed with him and spoon with him.

Have a blast.

i just noticed that on the summons to court paper they spelt my moms business name wrong.. its suppose to say Emie's Tailoring but it says Ernie's Tailoring.. can we say thats not us in court or will the court just recognize it as a spelling mistake? haha worth a try?
