Having some difficulty figuring out what frequency to aim for when picking capacitors to protect my 2.5" midrange and tweeters while running active.

Tweeter will be crossed at around 4k, possibly higher, and midrange will be crossed at 250hz or higher, probably more like 400hz.

I'm thinking 2k for the tweeters and 200 for the midrange. Not quite an octave below the midrange, but hertz requires a minimum of 250hz high pass 12db slope on these.

I don't expect any issues, but I'd rather spend a few bux for passive protection instead of possibly frying a pair of $350 tweeters.
