my wife ain't that scared she pretty mean., i told her if she felt something crawling on her foot kick it off and keep driving she more could get killed on side of hwy at 4.30am on way to work, mouse can hurt u..Got to get those guys out of there ASAP i like the bucket.
I had a rat in my lifted 4x4 suburban, almost killed my wife.
We were driving down the road when my wife notice her sandwich from lunch that we had in the truck, was not the way she left it. You could see her mind working ,,, she started looking around and finally opened up the glove box, where she found the other half of her sandwich, chewed up.... At that point she looks at me with sheer terror,, and proceeds to jump out of the moving truck. It was the funnest thing ever!!! She was hanging out the truck on the door, half in half out as i was trying to stop.
After about 20 minutes of coaxing, i got her back in the truck . We were speeding home as she was yelling at me to hurry up. A cop pulled us over. She told the cop that she had to get out of the truck right away because of the rat. The cop let us go without a ticket. He said it was the best excuse he ever heard for speeding.
caught one., now well see if it's more than 1..Oh carport. I thought we were talking about an enclosed garage.
Ever seen the movie Mousehunt?!i got reg traps and glue traps everywhere in and under car and on top of motor but can't use poison afraid they'd die in car and it'd just kill birds.. i'm putting traps on carport and under the house tomorrow..
If you list what kind of car you have, along with what motor is in it, I can tell you where they usually hide. I know I said this before, but I would strongly suggest that you disconnect the - battery terminal. Not only can they damage a very expensive wiring harness, but they can short out major components like the PCM, TCM, BCM, IC. I've seen it happen with my own eyes, and I deal with these kind of problems all the time.she said i parked last car there for 13yrs no problems., i told her if she left hood open at work they may leave but it's hot now so that would work better in winter.. yeah i'll put sticky traps on floor board i guess.. when she comes home i'll put old school trap under car and floor board, then when motor cools i'll set one on top of motor cover.. i'll put moth balls & cedar chips in car.. internet says they don't like dog or human hair, well i really don't wanta put dog hair in car then i have mice and fleas lol but also i think a mouse put that on internet so they can use it to make a nest with.. i think this will be something i have to fight with forever cause idk how long they been there so i'll just have to keep traps in there cause if they chew on wires in this 2013 car could cost $4k to fix what they break..
it's a verano but i'm thinking i over reacted and maybe it was a carport mouse that got on her car and jump off other side of hood when i thought i saw him go under hood.. caught 1 on carport by steps, non in car.. i'll leave glue traps in car and put snap trap by her tire when she here foe few day but hope it was just the 1..If you list what kind of car you have, along with what motor is in it, I can tell you where they usually hide. Pray they don't get into the exhaust. If you ever wondered what kind of meat they use in Chinese food, this will confirm it.
yeah that was funny., i have 6 now i'll put more under house later in case..Ever seen the movie Mousehunt?!
That's how many traps you need //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
There are usually multiple mice, but not always. There was one out in my uncle's shop that we finally got. Haven't seen any chewed paper or mouse shit since we got it.There is no such thing as 1 mouse.
Why do you think it will get inside the car? Do you have special metal eating rats out there?
True, that wouldn't happen. It's just a problem because it could chew up the wiring under the hood and ground something out :shrug:That was sarcasm bro. Ain't no way a mouse is going to chew through the firewall to get into the cab.
