oalright
aight heres the deal a few days back me and my friend put his system in his caddy and we mounted the inline fuse along the rail that goes across the front struts we put in his fuse and it was all good and today we popped his hood and his fuse block is melted and it looks like its from the inside what you all think could have done this hes runnin 1/0 wire and the fuse they sent with it is a 250 amp i think but any help would be good on whats goin on

I think you are seriously letting too much through that fuse. Go to your owners manuals or look on the amps themselves and add up all the fuses that you have. Like mine I have 114 on my 1200.1 and 40 on my 4 channel so I run a 150 on 1/0 guage. If you are that would deffinately be the reason why it's getting hot enough to melt that, and maybe cause a fire.

this never happend before in his old van he had just now that he put it in his caddy its done this. when he gets a new block ill make sure he does run a lower amp fuse that 250A was just what came in the kit
