mb quart rwe 15s? anyone heard them?

I have one in a 1.7 cuft (gross) sealed enclosure in my Mustang. Unfortunately, I am not big into car audio and this is the first sub I have had in a car of mine.

I do love the thing though, plus so far I have only had 300w RMS for it. I now have 600w RMS amp, but I haven't installed it yet. Plan to do that later today, actually.

Sorry I can't offer comparisons to other drivers. I guess that is not really helpful.

It is hard to say unless we both have a common reference, but I can say that it is an excellent sounding driver. I would say it is rather a "tighter" sound than the SVSound 20-39 CS-Plus HT sub I have. It seems to me, buy ear, that it can equal the output of my HT sub when driven by the same amp in the same location in my room. The amp I am using (for now) in my living room HT is an AudioSource Amp 5.3, rated at 250w RMS into 4ohms.

Since it seems that the CS-plus line has been removed from their site, my HT sub is a ~500w 12" driver in a ~3.5cuft enclosure tuned to 16Hz (I have it in 16Hz mode, which just means I plugged one of the 3 three-inch ports). I have not heard a better HT sub myself, and my RWE-352 has made me seriously consider trying out a DIY 15" sealed design. I was impressed with the impact and control, mostly.

Since you can get one from woofersetc for
