Matteral for outdoor enclosure?

Whats the best matteral for an outdoor box?

I know MDF dosnt like wet at all! But if its primed and then the finished product is covered in bedliner would that seal it enough to be ok?

MDF should come primed already, but yes in theory that would work as far as keeping the wood safe. Another suggestion I would do is using a countertop paint/lining, which can be a tad expensive, tricky and messy, but worth it in my opinion.. I know that should make it waterproof (I mean look at counters...).

I'll look into the counter top stuff, is duratex sold at hardware stores.
