Making an odd Speaker Grill on center console

Guys I have the grill material, have an extra center console, need help on how I would bend the grill and tools that I would need to give the desired form to the steel grill, need to make also the frame where the grill would go onto. It is just to give some cosmetic looks to cover where the center channel speaker goes, it will not hold the actual speaker. The shape is 8 inches wide on the bottom and 8 3/4 inches on the top, and is 4 3/4 inches tall. Thanks.
