That cerf now had double layers of MDF.Baffle is 2 layer and sides and bottom are 3 layer.
Voids in the corners are filled with solid resin/sand. and the entire interior is coated with 6 layers of fiberglass matt.
It should be sturdy, I designed it to hold up to 170 dB internal SPL which should translate to almost 160 at the dash.
Actually 156.4 is my goal.
