I will be loading pics early next week once I get the rest of the sanding done and start to put the lighting on it.

How do you people get such good jigsaw skills? ...

i like it, let me know if you ever interested in selling, even tho i probably wont be abel to afford it.

I did tear apart my old box in my pics.

I guess I can put it back together but it may not be worth it.

I was just going to redo it to fit 4 subs, but then just decided to build this.

I've been doing it since I was 12 years old back 16 years ago. Practice makes perfect.

It's all in the bits. Use wood bits with lots of teeth.

That cerf now had double layers of MDF.

Baffle is 2 layer and sides and bottom are 3 layer.

Voids in the corners are filled with solid resin/sand. and the entire interior is coated with 6 layers of fiberglass matt.

It should be sturdy, I designed it to hold up to 170 dB internal SPL which should translate to almost 160 at the dash.

Actually 156.4 is my goal.
