O well that makes sense. I tottally ****ed this **** up and i cant tell if they will even work. Also i went to put the tweeter in also made that hole to small somehow. **** my life. Im scrapping the whole project. **** crossovers.

Many people undersize their soldering iron watts and run into those difficult soldering jobs.

Bring out the big guns. Many times, extra heat using 'quick attacks' is better than

weak heat where you try to fix a job and you get nowhere.

Wow, what the hell did you do to the PCB's? Those aren't etched. You need to leave them in the solution until all of the copper is gone except for the sharpied parts. I see that the solution worked properly by the green color, but it should be much darker.

And no, I am firmly against soldering guns 100% for circuitry work. They are far too unwieldy for precision soldering.

That plus you need a stronger container than that for the solution. ****, now I feel bad because I didn't tell you everything you needed to do.

This isn't precision soldering...

I consider precision to be anything where you need fine control over the tip. Holding something like a gun is nowhere near as precise as holding something like a pencil. That plus guns get far, FAR too hot for my tastes.
