<$200 , 2ohm, 6.5", 150~ watt comps?

Trying to decide what comps to run with the new system. as the title says, I am looking for something under $200, 2ohm, 6.5" and that can handle 150~ rms. These are going up front, going to just get some coaxials for rear fill this time...

car - 2000 Impala

electrical - 220A alt, Big3, single run of 1/0, C&D UPS12-350MR

sub - HDC312' (2.5ft^3 @ 38hz~, single 6" aero through rear deck, "trunk wall")

sub amp - AP3001D

head unit - Eclipse CD8445

mids amp - AP2004 (to match the 3001D and because it is fairly cheap)

How do you like the Ap2004? I also have a AP30001D and want a matching set.
