low voltage?

i was driving home today and my sub amp suddenly stopped working. i checked all the connections with a multimeter and both grounds and remote wires seem to be ok. the 12v on my 4ch amp seems to be fine but the 12v on my sub amp is only reading about 6-8v. they both run from a knukonceptz distribution block and both fuses seem fine. what could it possibly be? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

fixed: my fuse wasnt "blown" but it rocked out of the base on the inside. anyone else had problems with the fuses from knukonceptz??
