LOW rms HIGH sensitivity 12's

I talked my dad into giving me his 30 year old infinity tower speakers. The surrounds on the 12's are rotten, id like to replace them I currently have an old 12in pioneer inverted in one of the towers, but the other sounds awful.

whats a decent cheap pair of 12's that will be loud on 35w-50w?

sidenote, anyone know where I can get one of these old pioneers for a reasonable price?
