low rms 12s?

hit me up with a budget then.
12s

lets say i need, zero gauge, 1 batt, amp that does 700 at 1 ohm, 2 12s that match that amp that can get low and are built good, custom box for them...

soo lets say about 700 bucks

and everything new btw

JL W0s get plenty loud even if you have only like 125 watts going to each sub.
i will never pay the money for JL

ap1500, 2 dcons, deka9a31, knu wiring kit, box from rabbit. Way under 700
oh i forgot to say that the amp needs to give clean power. aq = not clean power

and i said 1 ohm. im not giving 2 dcons 1500 watts

See, giving a budget in this case was way better than saying low rms 12s. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I was going to offer up 2 12" RD sonance with fi soft parts but you wanted new. mine were just new rebuilt.

Dude, you need to read up on car audio a lot more. There's something called gain and then also there's no such thing as under powering a sub either.

i have my AP1500 pushing out about 800w, 400w each to my 8's. I don't have any bass boosts on or anything, and the subs don't get hot. I'm not saying audiopipe amps are the greatest and put out clean power, but if you know what you're doing, you'll be fine.

you aren't saying they are dirty either since you haven't posted oscope wave and clamped power. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

AP15001D ($140 after using promo code "VMSAVE10"): Audiopipe AP15001D 1500W Mono D Amplifier : $153.95 : VMInnovations.com

2x Dcon 12" ($125/each, $250 for both): SSA Shop - SSA Dcon 12D4 subwoofer300rms

OFC knu 4g kit ($50): 4 Gauge Amplifier Installation Kit

pretty much all the essentials come out to be $440. If you have the tools to make a box, it'll cost you $30 for the mdf and about $10 in supplies, so you're looking at just under $500.

if you draw about 600-700w from that AP I don't think you should need a deka.

true. tbh i'd be worried if that AP wasn't putting out dirty power lol. but, $140 for a 1500w amp that does what it says it does (or just under) is still a **** good deal.

The DCONs are actually $300 shipped for two, price doesnt include shipping. The AQ SD 2.0s are $230 shipped, and were a bit better in WinISD. Never used either, but was going to be different and get the AQ, would have if they had one that wired to 4 ohm.

The VMSAVE10 is expired, their new one is 8.5% off, just started today.

The AP 1000 would work as well for like $100.

You have no idea what your talking about. I said ap not aq. AQ makes crap amps? You ever heard of a gain knob?? Turn it down boom no longer a 1500watt amp.
I meant to type ap not aq. And i never said ap were crap, they just do not produce clean power

Lol trying to tell me that i need to read up more

Buddy, i believe i know what a gain nob is and what it does. And i never said that underpowering a sub was bad. Im saying that why wud i want to spend more money on a sub(s) when i dont have the power for it/them?
