Low profile install recommendation

Looking for a woofer that would work well in a sealed enclosure. 10 inch sub around .85^3 or so. 500ishRMS max. 200$

Downsizing from a Ascendant Audio Arsenal 12. Was in a 2^3ft box tuned to 31hz. Was feeding it 800 watts and I loved it.

Would like to get as loud as possible while retaining a clean, somewhat flat response. I listen to mainly electronic/rap/trap music with a bit of rock/alt here and there.

I have been looking at Skar, DC, SA, SSA, etc. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
