Even if he did go all brand new there are many budget amps that put out a full 1500 and will sound great under 250

The American bass 4480 would be a perfect match for them. Just put them in they're proper ported enclosure and you will be very happy. If your a do it your self guy @Buck from high output enclosures sells designs so you can build it your self for cheaps. He does very good work.

For budget systems on 1k per sub it's hard to beat the xfl's. And ab amps are awesome for clean watts per dollar. But there are many options, he could go used he would just need to know what to look for.

Well I listen to rap so I just want some louder bass if there's anyway to make my current system louder then that well be greater as well

Lol, his system now is Kicker and Sony so, I think he just wants something to "be heard blocks away" like every new guy to the forums wants.

I can vouch for the XFL's being loud. My buddy Tony had 2 on 2k and they hit a 142.1 sealed which is pretty good. You will definitely be impressed and happy.

Go with 2 kicker l7s you can find the 150 each used and youll slap , 3 cvrs will do it too , entry level and you can show out for the price , next step up look into top dawg name brand and find their entry level subs you wont be disappointed and youll be heard all under 350
