Looking to upgrade my stock alt to a HO alt. Any brands you guys recommend that is worth purchasing. I dont mind spending around 500. What do you guys think about Ohio Generator's alternators?

i think i will be going with Ohio alt. Now my question is. Is it easy to install a HO alt?!? Do i just swap it out with the factory one?

krouch, why not go through one of the local guys? IR and Rockstar carry one of the two brands you mention [though I can't remember which] and then if it fails you have someone else working with you to help fix it. At least check their prices to be sure before buying direct.
