i don't know why i would think this but from what i have seen form other posts. if u have a blown sub and u re cone it u can get a better redone to make the sub handle more? could u do this to an oa 15 d2? and what rezones would due recommended? how much of an advantage would this be? and would it then be a frankenwoofer?? or to be classified as a frankenwoofer does it have to have a different basket, motor, and soft parts? lol just looking to learn here unless reconing would do a lot of good. thanks guys.

so if i want it to handle more power like 1500w daily vs 1k. what would that take?
