That's sweet! An extra $240 a year seems worth it to me! That's less than one week of pay from work lol

Its already paid for itself. $100 deductible and a $3000 transmission. The CVT trannies dont usually ever have issues, but someone dry packed the bearings when they installed it so the bearings went bad. Pretty much anything from here on out that it covers is just a perk.

I'm pretty sure that Dodge has the highest failure rate of transmission of any automaker out there.

Its a Jatco CVT. Lowest failure rate of any CVT transmission on the market. Nissan uses the same trannies in their Murano's and a few others.

orly? I did not know...All I know is that it's near impossible to find a Dodge that's 10 years old with a good transmission lol

Yup. Lets just say I was the first person at the local Dodge dealer that has ever brought a car in for a transmission that had a CVT ******.

Forgot about this. TC and Kia Forte are good choices, although I personally would take a Golf or Si first.
