Im looking to buy a new car something around 15k-18k I will be most likely trading in a 2006 hyundai elantra and hoping to get 4-5k for it i figure i shouldnt have much of a problem getting finaced. Ive been looking at the 2011 Sonatas & 2011 Lancers any input guys?

Honda Fit all the way. I got my honda fit sport for 15k. make sure you do your research on depreciation and true market value and trade in value on your car before you do anything. also youll get your best deals haggling on line. take two dealerships and pit them against each other. But anyway my fit is awesome. its tiny on the outside, huge on the inside. 57 cubes in the back with the seats down. seats fold flat or fold up for the dogs. I am 6 4 and i had 5 other guys as tall as me in the thing and nobody complained about leg room. comes with the civic si suspension too. and paddle shifters if you get auto //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif PM if you want more info.

never thought to look into a honda i deff want to learn more about it, and good thing you mentioned that because im 6'5 and i drive with my knees on my elantra haha

Suzuki SX4 has treated me pretty well. Gets decent mileage (22/30 IIRC), efficient hatch cargo area, locks into 4wd, pretty fun to drive. Tiptronic auto or 5 speed manual. Flip up GPS mounting area, false floor option, etc. Plenty of mods available, too if that interests you. Lift kit, suspension, undercarriage guards, turbos, and so on. Mine's stock besides the lift and some A/T tires.

She handles snow really well. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

SX4 has 150. Transmission options are 6-speed manual or CVT. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Also, I'm 6'2 and have more headroom than I know what to do with. I'm all legs, and that's no issue either. Plenty of room up front, the backseats don't offer much legroom when my driver seat is pushed back, however. 70/30 (maybe 60/40) split double-folding rear seats. Very convenient.

I own the crossover due to AWD/4WD, but they have other options.

EVERYONE QUIET! kia soul for the muthafuckin win! 30mpg average (and I mob) cool accesories, 5 star safety, manny or auto, 2.0l //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Lots of gheyness itt.

VW Golf/Rabbit or Honda Civic Si. Both aren't ugly, the civic is very reliable, the golf has more space inside, both handle well, and both are relatively "peppy" (the si more than the golf of course).

Every other car mentioned itt is ugly. The Caliber SRT-4 is almost an exception, but not quite. It's kind of like polishing a turd. It's still a Caliber.

I love my Caliber. Ive had a few issues with it, but noth anything any other car wouldnt have.

Yeah. I would be careful though. You should highly consider trading it in right before the warranty expires. That's when your Dodge will start to show issues. Same goes for any car I guess lol. But bottom of the line Dodge cars have never been reliable, and I highly doubt the Caliber is an exception.

I pay an extra $20 a month for a lifetime warranty. Any issue I have is $100 deductible regardless of mileage.
