1 12" IDMAX Sealed

Go with the RL-p. It is loud, sounds good, and very durable...The IDMAX is a bit touchy.

ok RL-P sounds good and all but is it a sealed or ported sub and if ported what size box and Hz and watts am i lookin at. I like the idea of going with one sub anyways, saves some space and weight.

rl-p is cheaper and pretty up to par with the idmax.

I just sold my 12" IDMAX v3 only for space reasons. I had it in a sealed box and it sounded soooo good and got louder than I'll ever need (NINe.1 also over here) Stick it in a 1.5 sealed box and you'll be happy!!! I've never heard the other subs but I wouldn't have sold my IDMAX if it was a 10"

I would take the RL-P, however I am not sure how well it would handle 1200w daily...

ok i have a kenwood kac-x811d also. Would that be a better amp for the RL-p or idmax seeing my nine.1 might be to powerfull? I had the kenwood in my old car i sold. Also which would have deeper bass sealed

you're getting ahead of yourself....it'd only see 2ohm ==> 900W

I used my NINe.1 with a d2 IDMAX and it was fine. Just be conservative on your gains

OK so i should get the dual 4 and wire it to 2ohms. Does the Id Max play the lows good cuss i listen to hip-hop & r&b or should i look for some other type of sub or subs?
