Looking for some speaker help please

I just purchased some Pioneer ts-a6874r speakers and replaced all 4 of my speakers with them, but now it seems like these cannot even handle the bass anymore and i always get static when i turn my stereo up, but if i turn my bass booster down it sounds fine. My factory speakers were not getting static at all and could handle the bass more so. I currently have the Pioneer FH-P8000bt head unit and im not sure what eq settings i should be using now to maximize my bass, but still prevent my speakers from having a scratching/static noise. Any help would be appreciated.

what he needs is to get a small sub and an amp for it.
This guy is a idiot, here is the deal: your stock speakers don't handle much power and your pioneer head unit does not put out much power so your stock speakers were better matched for it. Now that you have upgraded to a speaker that handles more power you need to feed it more power than your stock head unit can provide or your bass response will be lacking. If you want the new speakers to shine you need to give them more power, although i wouldn't expect to much from pioneer , i have yet to be impressed by their speakers.

if you really expect to get bass out of coax speakers than you are very sadly mistaken.

a hpf set on the mid/highs and a modest sub stage would quickly fix the issue of getting distortion and not having the low end.

You can get some descent midbass from coaxials if they are done right. Much better than factory speakers at least. The substage is a different story and is not related to what was asked about in this post.

he was asking about bass. not midbass. and the true problem was distortion when he tried to get bass out of the coax...

there for the true solution would be to high pass the coax to eliminate the distortion from trying to play too low and put a small (single 8) sub stage in to fill the low end.

Alright i solved the problem for the most part i just had to tweak a couple of the settings on my stereo, so my speakers are handling a lot more. My car actually has a factory sub and amp in it already, which i plan on replacing, but would adding an amp to my speakers be recommended if i plan on upgrading my subwoofer to something much more powerful? And would the amp make my speakers sound much better? Sorry if i sound dumb i'm new to all this stuff and im just trying to get as much help as possible.

An amp would help but I wouldnt expect alot out of the pioneer a series then again as long as they are high passed at 80 hz or higher u should be fine on up to 75w just go easy on the gains cause power will kill that line fast

Like this guy said they will sound better, just don't expect anything to amazing with those. If you plan on going to crazy with your substage you will need someting better than the pioneers you got to keep up.
