My friend was rewiring all his stock speakers in his 86 fire bird. He had them working fine when they were not mounted in the car. Then he went to put them in and one of the magnets stuck to the metal and now none of them work. His head unit will not play a different speaker directly connected to it. Did he ground out his head unit?
