Looking for some fronts..

I've got some Infinity Kappa 693.7i 2-ohm for my rears, currently not running off of an amp, and i was considering the Kappa Perfect's 6.1 for the front, except they are 4-ohm. would there be any problem if i were to run these off a four channel amp, or should i look for something with the same ohm as my rears.

If you have any suggestions on what speakers or amp to power this setup please let me know. And for price wise i'm looking at staying around $500 at the most for both an amp and speakers.

4 ohm speakers are fine for the front - with a 4 ch amp you can adjust gain or fader to balance the sound. you get less distortion at 4 ohm compared to 2 ohm anyway.

Pretty much just online only.

So even though 2 ohm loads generally receive more power from the amps, adjusting the gain could help so it would have a more equal sound?

adjusting the gain will control how much power you're actually sending to the speakers...so in a sense, yes, you're controlling the sound of the speakers
