"Top in the nation" according to whom? There are no national or even any local standards I've ever heard of for auto audio installers. Pretty much it's a "pay your money and take your choice" scenario, everywhere!

What are you looking to have done?

If it's like a couple amps and 2 12's there are tons of people

Generally for these top guys a lot of fiberglass work is involved or monitors or automation

There are also different guys who could build you a very loud spl oriented enclosure

Specifically I need 3 amps, CDT separates front and rear, Kenwood H/U with a Maestro and all the wiring from batteries to speakers done. But of course done the "right" way. I have everything needed for install, just need a quality install. Not easy to do in an RV park or while on the move. I will be in the Houston/Galveston area in December, so may wait till then.

Seems pretty "basic"

99% of install shops should be able to do that the right way

Ask to see pictures of their work

Even if you are looking for something like fiberglass amp rack or glasses tweets in the pillar most places should be able to do it
