Looking for control.....

My old set up:

Sony Cdx-7710

Two sony 6.5 front door

Two Kenwood Excelon 6x9's rear deck

Two Polk Momo 12's

One old school MTx thunder 5400x 5 channel amplifier

I really loved the Sony HU because of the control I got from the 7-band EQ. I am trying to get a new set up that will give me that same type of control. Is there anyway to get the control of the 7 band without having the 7 band? I noticed a lot of you like the HU with 3-band eq's.
