i appreciate all your help guys, but i bid on the JL on ebay last night not really expecting to win it but i ended up winnin. so i got the 12'' JL W0, enclosure, and small amp shipped for 71$. if i don't like it im sure i can sell it and go w/ that IDQ and alpine amp and just build an enclosure or something. thanx again guys

only thing i would do is try a different amp IF you dont like the one you are getting. those subs sound pretty good
