looking for budget SQ

i currently have a Fi BL 15'' powered by a zx1500.1 which i am selling for money as im moving off to college in a few weeks. but i would really like to have SOMETHING to replace it with. i'm looking for mainly SQ, i really don't care how loud it gets. as long as i can at least hear it. hoping to spend under 200$ for sub, amp, and enclosure. expecting to get something used. but i'm not entirely sure what to look for. I'd like a kappa perfect, but i think thats outta my budget. ne suggestions?

will do well with ~200-500watts. does well small enclosures, both ported and sealed.

Also sounds great free air (IB/trunk baffle)

I'm debating on going active with the RSd's on a AC 4.1 so they'd get around 40-60 watts per.

ok, i found to really cheap setups on ebay, one is a JL 12 W0 with a Jensen XA 2100 AMP and the other is a Rockford Fosgate 12" P2 with a Phoenix Gold Octane-R 2.0:1 in a ported box. which would be the better of the two?
