Is thsi test gona be for: SPL, SQ, sealed enclosures, ported enclosures, etc just like the one from teh great 8" challenge?

similar to the parameters of the great 8 challenge..

subjective, objective, technical.. whole nine yards...

and I have a contract here that states the details, and conditions, and me reimbursing for broken drivers.. for those who send me woofers

It's an intresting thing you're doing, but there is a ton of liability on your part don't you think? The shipping procedure alone is very risky, and I've seen plenty of threads floating around with destroyed subwoofers compliments to UPS, USPS, FEDex, DHL, and various other parcel services. In addition, you're running the risk of blowing up other peoples beloved woofers... You're efforts are commended, but you should look after your own behind.
