Looking for a sub that blows my mind!

I really want to find a subwoofer that makes me ecstatic every time I hear it. I am using a Pioneer GM-D9601 1250W RMS amp and want something that is highly engineered, sounds great, and really thumps from a distance (being used in my 36' Party Bus/Corporate Limo). I used to be a fan of SQ more than SPL but I feel like I am converting. I would like a subwoofer that can be felt throughout the bus if such a subwoofer exists. I am partial to 12" but may consider larger if sound quality isn't sacrificed too much.

I currently purchased a Wet Sounds XS-XXXV2 SPL sub which I believe is comparable to a DD 3512. Unfortunately not many shops around me have the kind of subs I am looking for on display. If I don't return the wet sounds I will put in a tuned ported box. I bought wet sounds as I got it half off and using their tower speakers. I was told that this sub will really project bass far even farther than a W7. I am not feeling like buying a W7 as it just feels like last decade.

To feel that pound youd need a different amp and go ported as that amp doesnt have a subsonic filter. An 8 will have the same sq as an 18 its all in the box and amplifier so size shoulsnt be a factor in that.

I doubt that Wet sounds 12 is anywhere near a DD 3512. With your power I'd look into perhaps a Sundown X18. If you have the room for a proper 6-8 cubic foot ported box. That'd really give you some long traveling low lows.

6-8 cubic feet sounds too big for me. I have the space but want to save it for luggage on long trips.

I can buy a different amp if necessary but don't want to fry my electric system as I already have alpine type R's speakers/subs in the vehicle. This is for the back as currently the vehicle is designed as a corporate limo and doesn't have any thump in the bass.

From what I've read online it is between a W6 and a DD 3512.

I agree about the Wet sounds not being as good, but his power is not enough for a Sundown X. You need a bigger amp than they're rated for to get your money's worth

No way, not even close to those.

Measure out in Depth X Width X height that you want to give up and we will recommend the proper subwoofer for that space that can get loud. A budget would also help. Help us help you by taking a tape measurement and do so.

Sorry the vehicle is in the shop but it is atelast 6'Wx3'Lx9'H (technically even higher). I would like to keep the space on one side unused so if I need to mount a generator or something heavy I can.
Here is a link to my corporate limo/party bus:

need those dimensions in inches and the exact space you want to give up not how big that part of the vehicle is, just wait till the car comes back and do tape measurements. Anything that is suggested before then is just blind suggestions.

has anyone heard the sub? I saw the posts on wakeworld where all the boat guys meet. The sub is actually a rebadged Bravox subwoofer from Brazil. I currently paid $450 for it but if it isn't worth it I may send it back. I don't want ugly bass if you know what I mean, I just want that a subwoofer in the back of the Bus is giving enough bass to feel inside the bus and when I want I can take it outside the bus and have the party outside. The Wet Sounds 10" Tower speakers are known to get 100 feet out, but I don't know any sub that can be heard/felt 10-25 feet away.

Oh they exist. Ever heard 130db 6 feet away from a car?

Car and a bus will not compare. The bus will require much more sub to get as loud. Agree with other posts, budget is needed and if the aforementioned enclosure space is just a guess it could be problematic for getting the most bang for your buck.
