Now thats the hard choice, it would depend on my mood.Yea Fi BL also GREAT choice as I was running 4 18" BL's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I just seen you wanting more SQ so told you about the Q. Depends on what you want more...the BL gets nasty loud and still sounds good, and the Q sounds nasty good and still gets loud ha. Whatever you prefer.
Thats a pretty good deal, pretty nice subs?if you want to get extremely loud on budgetPAIR CADENCE DAYTONA DCW-12RVC 12" 6000w CAR SUBWOOFERS - eBay (item 390176047554 end time Apr-27-10 12:28:10 PDT)
these are daily and sound amazing for a spl sub
on
Crescendo Audio :: Amplifers :: 3KWP Monoblock Amplifier
this at .5 ohm and watch out, and they are daily subs so they sound amazing
what makes you think the q's will sound better? No offense to the Q's but with shorting rings and an XBL^2 motor stucture, higher thermal power handling, I'd put money on the Xcon having lower distortion, especially as volume increases. Q's can be found for 200 used though which is a great price, Xcons are alot harder to find used and cost a bit much new, IMO.wouldnt do that, you will have to structurally support your rear deck, you are better to face subs away as you hear low freq after they bounce and resonate, facing subs toward you is never a good idea imho, what i would do is face toward the rear and then port through the 6x9 holes and stick with 12's, the q's will sound a little better but the icons will get louder.
This right here ^^Well i would say honestly if you want something fairly priced and sound good for you it would be a set of the Audioque HDC3's (size of sub up to you) on a Audioque 2200D does rated power. Put a battery finish the trunk, n that would be enough id imagine. Im looking at audioque myself just slightly bigger. .
